Respected Authority,  Thanks for your email and information. I want to inform you that I have to hold Denish residence status independently as a long time card valid for five years or unlimited time.  I have no long-married status with EU nationals. The Denish immigration authority granted me a long time card independently after withdrawing from living/marriage staus with EU nationals.   Residence Permit shall be granted to the family members who lived with the EU national in the Member State for at least three years. I have been residing with EU nationals for more than five years, and currently, I am separate. Copy of my danish card attached with the email clearly stating that long time EU family card. My humble request considers me under the same article 116 since the others article 15 for family members living together.     In case you need any other additional documents to feel free to email me.  Thanks and regards
