Respected Authority, Thanks for your email and information. I want to inform you that I have to hold Denish residence status independently as a long time card valid for five years or unlimited time. I have no long-married status with EU nationals. The Denish immigration authority granted me a long time card independently after withdrawing from living/marriage staus with EU nationals. Residence Permit shall be granted to the family members who lived with the EU national in the Member State for at least three years. I have been residing with EU nationals for more than five years, and currently, I am separate. Copy of my danish card attached with the email clearly stating that long time EU family card.
